Close-up photograph of a painted stone relief sculpture on a teal temple wall. A small standing figure with green-painted face, white-painted features and a red crown or headdress has hands pressed together in anjali mudra, bare-chested, wearing a short yellow-trimmed loincloth. Beside the figure is a spotted reddish-pink deer or antelope carving. The figure stands on a pink lotus-like pedestal. Only the sculpted figure and animal are present, with no physical people.2008-10-15A painted wooden statue of a seated deity with a white face, large round eyes and a red-tipped snout, wearing a red and gold embroidered upper garment, a yellow floral-patterned lower cloth and gold anklets. It holds a golden staff with a curled top in one hand and a small hand gesture near the chest, with a yellow-and-orange snake coiled around its arm. The figure sits on a turquoise and red wooden seat in front of a brick wall, beside a painted blue-green wooden frame and a metal shutter at left. The statue appears to be a deity murti rather than a living person.January 07 20102010-01-07Outdoor photograph of a large painted deity murti with a red and orange body, blue and green lower garments, gold ornamental armour across the chest and arms, and a raised mace in one hand and a shield in the other. A standing person in a white shirt appears at far right edge. No one is clearly identifiable as a person.2018-04-29Photograph of a large carved wooden horse sculpture with painted pink and cream finish, decorated with beaded harness, studded saddle cloth and a feathered crest, displayed in a workshop yard.
