In the foreground, a girl in a white dress with yellow embroidery holds a microphone beside a curly-haired boy in white kurta, and a boy in a green-and-grey striped polo speaks into a microphone. A girl in a white outfit with a pendant necklace holds a microphone at the right front, and behind them a taller girl in white wears a wooden bead mala and a boy in a white polo stands at the far right. Some children wear bindi and tilak marks. No event name, speaker or ritual is legible in the frame.2014-08-03Photo 11691248August 03 20142014-08-03October 04 20102010-10-04Outdoors on a paved brick path beside lush green palms and trees, a group of children and adults stands in a line with hands pressed together in namaskar. The boys wear white dhoti-style cloths with wide gold borders and rudraksha malas; several have bare shoulders and some carry a small cloth bag. Behind them, women in white saris with gold borders and one in a blue sari with a shawl stand with palms joined, and a man in a light shirt and grey trousers watches from the right. The scene suggests a devotional gathering or ritual greeting.2016-08-27March 07 20132013-03-07 +1 copiesA photograph of a stage performance where a woman in white clothing holds a handheld microphone at centre and reads from paper, flanked by several girls in white dresses and rudraksha-style beaded necklaces, all holding printed sheets and reading aloud. A seated man on the left wears an orange shawl over white clothes and a shaved head. A dark blue curtain and a red curtain form the backdrop, with a gold and red banner partly visible at the top. A purple logo appears in the upper left corner.2007-02-25
