A seated man in a rust-red robe and matching turban sits on the throne, wearing a white flower garland and a leopard-print cushion beneath him, with a microphone stand beside him. On the right, a standing young man in an orange dhoti and orange shawl, with rudraksha beads and a bare chest, holds a ceremonial white fan or chamara. Behind him is a golden shrine niche with a Ganesha deity murti decorated in red and green garments and a green foliage backdrop. Gilded lion figures flank the throne and pillars, and offerings sit at the lower right.2017-08-24August 24 20172017-08-24A photograph of an ornate gold-and-red stage set for a seated spiritual teacher. A man in a rust-orange garment sits centrally on a gold throne with red cushions, with a gold bull figure before him. Gold lion-form pillars flank the stage, and a gold-and-blue ceremonial umbrella stands at left beside a gold bird-form stand. Behind the throne a gold arch frames carved deity figures, and a dark red curtain hangs at the back. Brass bells hang from wires overhead, and a trident is visible near the throne.2017-04-30 +1 copiesA seated figure in an orange-saffron robe and matching orange turban sits cross-legged on an ornate golden throne (peetha) with carved lion-headed armrests and a tiered golden canopy with hanging beaded tassels. He wears a rudraksha mala and a gold pendant necklace, with gold armbands, and has a red tilak on his forehead. A tiger skin is draped over the throne platform, with red velvet cushions behind him and dark red velvet drapery as backdrop. Golden lion sculptures and carved deity figures flank the stage. Appearance-based identification is uncertain, so the figure is described only by role as a seated teacher on a throne during a satsang setting.2015-08-26April 30 20172017-04-30 +3 copiesA seated man sits on an ornate gilded throne with a red cushioned seat, carved lion-shaped armrests and a tall golden backrest, in a room draped with red and gold fabric. He wears an orange-red turban, a saffron-red dhoti and wrap, bangles on the arm, and a flower garland around his neck. A tall trident stands beside the throne, and gold-painted drums sit on the floor at left. Red mattresses lie in the foreground. The setting resembles a hall prepared for a seated sitting. The man's appearance, including the turban, saffron-red clothing and garlands, is consistent with the page's claim that Swamiji was present, so the candidate is probable, though no name is printed on the image.2014-08-03
