August 15 20142014-08-15December 31 20112011-12-31Outdoor photo of a ritual display on a maroon-draped table in front of a hedge and palm trees. Several kalasha-style pots are dressed in gold and blue silk with beaded necklaces and red stones, topped with orange and yellow coconut-fibre bundles and green leaves. Two larger pots sit centrally on a blue and gold brocade cloth, one in orange cloth and one in white. Foreground shows blurred yellow bricks and a metal bowl, with the heads of spectators at the bottom edge. No people are clearly visible as persons; the figures are decorated pots, not humans.2014-01-11Photograph of ceremonial kalasha pots decorated for worship on an orange draped surface outdoors. Coconuts with mango leaves and sacred threads sit atop brass-rimmed pots dressed in cream, white, and red silk, studded with rhinestone bands and jewelled pendants. Garlands of white flowers and deep red petals hang around them, with rudraksha malas draped over the central pot. Scattered white and red flowers lie at the base, and a hazy hillside and distant building appear in the background. No people are visible.2014-03-18Close photograph of ceremonial kalasha pots dressed for ritual worship. No physical people are visible in the scene.2014-07-25January 19 20142014-01-19January 19 20142014-01-19 +2 copiesAugust 15 20142014-08-15Photograph of several coconut kalashas arranged on a low platform draped in mustard-yellow cloth. Each coconut is topped with mango or betel leaves and wrapped in cloth: gold-brown, white with silver ornaments, blue with a green-and-white jewelled necklace, and green with a pearl-and-bead garland. Red roses are tucked among the coconuts, and brass vessels sit behind them. Blurred seated figures in white, turquoise and red clothing are visible at the top edge, with only hands and laps showing. The arrangement suggests puja offerings or a kalasha ritual.2014-01-19 +1 copiesJuly 25 20142014-07-25
