The golden statue of a standing male figure with bare chest, golden dhoti and raised right hand in a blessing gesture faces the priest in a temple setting. Behind them are orange and red walls, a dark stone carved shrine niche and a stone platform with offerings. Two other figures in white stand partially visible at the left edge.2010-12-19A temple shrine scene where a shaved-headed priest in an orange-red dhoti and shawl, with rudraksha beads, stands at left holding a lamp and a small vessel. Beside him, a white-clad attendant with a sacred thread stands near brass pots. A woman in a white sari sits quietly at lower centre. Before them is a golden-hued standing sage statue within an ornate arched frame, flanked by a white marble seated figure and a small bronze deity image at the right edge. Marigold garlands hang above, and a flame burns on a lamp stand near a stone pedestal with a Shiva-linga-like form.2011-03-03Photo 11683216A four-panel collage of temple abhishekam ritual.
