On the left, a deity murti pair is seated on a red-draped platform, adorned with yellow and purple marigold garlands and brass lamps. In the centre stands an ornate gold throne with a red cushioned seat and armrests, with flower-decorated offering trays in front. To the right, a man in an orange saffron robe and a rudraksha mala stands on a red-and-purple mat. Three people in white and yellow clothing stand behind him near orange and red curtains.2010-09-13Photo 11709804A photograph of a pavilion event before a deity murti of a couple adorned with garlands, with a central seated figure on an ornate golden throne wearing saffron/orange robes and a rudraksha-style mala. A dark-haired seated figure in orange robes sits on the golden peetha in front of the shrine; the figure's visible cues are saffron robes and a seated position but the face and hairstyle are not clear enough to confirm identity, so this is an uncertain candidate. Golden oil lamps line the sides of the shrine, and a camera operator stands near the throne. A large crowd of devotees in white clothing fills the foreground, many seen from behind, some with shaved heads. Red and white striped canopy drapes and a red-and-white framed stage surround the shrine, with a colourful vertical banner on the right. Green foliage and a fence border the scene.2010-09-07Photo 11709663 +1 copiesDecember 04 20122012-12-04A photograph of a temple shrine with ornate gilded arches and a carved stone pillar. Several golden deity murtis stand in the back, one with a crown and trident, garlanded with marigold and red flower strands. In the foreground a priest in orange-saffron dhoti, bare-chested with white tilak, stands at the left holding a lamp and performing puja. Brass oil lamps stand on the altar, and offerings with flower garlands sit on a red cloth. On the right, a seated figure in brown-red robes with white beard and a garland joins hands in namaskar beside a small figure in a purple robe. Women in orange and pink saris kneel at the lower right in prayer, one holding a mobile phone.2017-01-25Photo 11738471Photograph inside a temple hall with a grey stone platform holding golden-framed deity murtis dressed in pink and green garments with red crowns. In front, a pink-draped altar holds lamps and offerings. Several shaved-headed priests in white dhoti and orange-saffron cloths stand near the altar, one scattering or offering something. A woman in a maroon sari bends in reverence on the red carpet, and a row of young women in maroon and red clothing stands at the right railing. A red carpet and woven mats cover the floor.2013-05-15January 13 20132013-01-13
