Gilded temple shrine with two large deity murtis of Lord Sundareshwara and Devi Meenakshi seated on a red-draped platform before a gold arched backdrop and green curtain. The male deity holds a drum and trident and wears rudraksha and red garlands; the female deity wears a red sari, crown and white flower garlands. A small orange-robed figure seated below is garlanded, and a standing orange-robed figure with garlands stands on the right beside brass oil lamps. A brass palanquin or ratha stands at left. No physical people are visible.2012-04-27A temple shrine dominated by a large pair of gilded deity murtis, one with a crown, trident and a sceptre and the other with a crown, both adorned with white flower garlands, rudraksha and gold necklaces, and draped in orange and red cloth. Below them a small seated figure in orange robes and an orange turban sits before a red and orange draped platform, with a white flower garland. Brass oil lamps stand on either side, a green curtain backs the shrine, and a smaller murti in orange garments with a garland stands in a gold arch at right. Between them sits a small Shiva lingam with a flower garland. Below, a seated figure dressed in saffron with a saffron turban and white flower garlands sits on a red-and-orange cloth, possibly a small murti or a figure of a priest; this appears to be an image rather than a living person. Tall brass oil lamps with lit wicks flank the shrine, and a gilded palanquin or chariot stands at the left, with a green curtain and gold arch framing the scene. No physical people are visible.2012-04-27February 05 20122012-02-05January 24 20122012-01-24March 21 20132013-03-21March 28 20122012-03-28January 23 20122012-01-23March 29 20122012-03-29February 17 20122012-02-17March 21 20122012-03-21January 25 20122012-01-25
