In the centre, a man in a maroon-brown dhoti and a white flower garland walks with palms pressed together, followed by a line of devotees in red and maroon robes with gold borders, many holding folded hands. On both sides, drummers in orange and gold garments beat drums, and attendants play long brass horns and carry a trident, a long staff and an orange-and-blue umbrella-like canopy on a pole. Behind them stands a shrine with a golden-framed deity murti and a carved temple structure under a tent canopy.2014-06-12Photo 11702978 +1 copiesA temple procession on a red carpet in front of a shrine with a red curtain and deity murtis. A man in an orange-brown dhoti with a gold necklace, rudraksha mala and gold armlets stands center with hands folded in anjali, smiling. Beside him a young man in orange holds a brass plate of offerings with green leaves. Boys in red and orange garments play long curved brass horns (ceremonial horns), and a man in a white shirt and white dhoti with a white forehead band beats a large drum. Palm trees and foliage stand behind.2013-07-17A photograph of a large tented hall with red floor and hanging paper decorations. In the foreground, a crowd of many people, mostly in white and red-orange shawls, sit and stand while raising smartphones to record. At right, a figure with long dark matted hair and reddish-brown robes sits on an ornate gold throne, with a gold trident standing beside it. Several people in white and red garments sit in front of a music stand and microphone. A large screen is visible at the back. The scene suggests a satsang session, but the people are not counted precisely.2016-05-15August 01 20182018-08-01January 03 20162016-01-03
