A bearded man with a rust-orange robe, a white flower garland and a rudraksha-style neck adornment walks barefoot toward the camera beneath a large multicoloured canopy with fringed tassels. Attendants in white and cream dhotis with yellow borders flank him; one holds a ceremonial staff and another carries a bell-like object. Devotees along both sides stand with palms pressed together in anjali, and a seated devotee in a yellow shawl bows. Marigold strings, hanging lamps and a shrine with a deity murti decorate the background. The visible crowd is about fifteen people.2016-12-19Under a large orange-and-white striped tent, a procession of saffron-clad sadhus and white-robed attendants walks along a mat. A man in white dhoti with gold-banded borders and a silver staff on the left leads the way. In the centre, a man in a rust-orange robe, rudraksha mala and ornate gold necklace, with a pink-red turban, walks beneath a yellow fringed parasol held by an attendant. On the right, a bald man in rust robes and gold-bordered shawl with a gold necklace holds a mobile phone. Several people wear white dhotis with gold borders and garlands, and a woman in pale pink stands at the edge. The centre figure's appearance is consistent with the a person cues of ornate gold necklace, rudraksha mala and turban, but the identity is uncertain.2016-04-21Inside a stone temple hall with carved pillars, a procession moves forward under a colourful multi-panel umbrella with tasselled fringe. Two men in saffron and orange robes wear long garlands of white flowers and red-green beads; the central figure has a dark robe draped over one shoulder, orange shawl, rudraksha necklaces and a head ornament. Around them men in white dhotis and shirts, some with white shawls and rudraksha malas, walk and gesture. A gated shrine with a lit lamp is visible in the background, with a sanctum doorway beyond.2012-06-05April 21 20162016-04-21A festive procession under a tented pavilion with colourful hanging decorations and many ornate umbrellas in red, orange, yellow and pink. In the centre, a man in a red-and-white turban and a long-haired attendant in dark red cloth walk barefoot, while a bearded man in white dhoti with gold border and bare upper body carries a tray of flowers and fruit near a white umbrella. Several people in saffron and rust-red robes with rudraksha beads stand with hands folded in devotion. Men and women in white and orange clothing line the path, and a camera operator with a tripod stands at the left edge.2016-12-03May 05 20162016-05-05January 01 20122012-01-01April 18 20162016-04-18April 17 20162016-04-17
