Close-up photograph of a pair of bare feet resting on a red velvet cushion placed on an ornate gold-coloured base. The feet show a dark, dusty or ash-like coating and light smears of powder. Above them a striped red-and-gold garment is visible, and to the left a white striped cloth covers a leg. The surrounding framing focuses only on the feet, with no other faces visible.2009-12-22Close-up photograph of a bare foot resting on a red velvet cushion placed on an ornate gilded golden throne. Blurred gold and warm background decor surrounds the throne.2017-06-08Close-up photograph of bare feet resting on a gold-cushioned footstool in front of an ornate gilded throne. The seated person wears cream trousers and a red and gold brocade wrap with a gold floral pattern, and a white and silver cord hangs beside the legs. The footstool is decorated with a garland of white flowers interspersed with purple and yellow blossoms, and a few petals lie on the red cloth below. No other people are visible.2011-12-15Close-up photograph of a seated figure's bare feet resting on a red velvet cushion atop an ornate gold-leaf throne with carved floral scrollwork. The seated person wears flowing orange-saffron robes. To the left, a standing person in a white kurta and white trousers with dark stripes is partly visible. At the right edge, a sheer white garment is partly visible. The feet suggest a devotee's padapuja or foot-worship setting in an ashram hall. No face is visible. Photo shows only the feet, robes, throne and two partial figures.2009-12-15Close-up photograph of a seated person's bare feet and lower legs in saffron-orange trousers with maroon cuffs, resting on an ornate gold-carved throne with a red velvet cushioned footstool. A thin black microphone stand rises beside the throne, and the blurred floor shows a patterned mat in blue and orange. Only the feet and legs are visible, so no face or full figure can be assessed for identity.2010-11-07Close-up photograph of a bare foot resting on a red velvet step of an ornate golden throne or seat. The foot is partially visible at the top of the frame, with an orange-saffron garment hem above it. The gold carved panels and cushioned red base surround it. Only a foot and lower garment are visible, so no face or full figure can be seen; the foot cannot be confirmed as a person's and the appearance cues are insufficient.2011-02-14Close photograph of a pada-puja moment: bare feet resting on a crimson velvet cushion set on an ornate gold footstool draped with a white jasmine garland and a small purple flower cluster. Behind it, the gilded carved back of a throne-like seat, and a figure in red and gold embroidered garments whose lower legs are visible. A thin silver staff or rod stands beside the feet. No other physical people are visible.2011-12-14October 10 20162016-10-10Close-up photograph of a pair of bare feet resting on a cushioned golden throne with ornate embossed scrollwork. The feet wear white loose trousers, and a red and gold patterned garment is visible at the top edge. A braided silver-and-white cord hangs beside the seat, and white and purple flower garlands lie at the base of the throne. The person seated above is not visible, only the feet, so no face or identity can be determined.2011-12-15Close photograph of bare feet resting on a red velvet cushion beside a golden ornate throne. A person in orange saffron robes sits or stands with one bare foot planted on the red cushion and the other foot raised near the frame. A black microphone stand rises in the foreground. The gilded throne carvings and orange fabric fill the background. The feet and orange robe are the main subjects, with no readable faces visible.2010-10-30Close view of bare feet resting on a red velvet cushioned footstool with ornate silver-toned carved legs, beside an ornate silver throne or seat. The feet belong to a figure in a rust-orange robe with gold-edged trim. To the left, a person in white dhoti with a gold border sits partly visible. Silver ritual vessels and a red fabric-draped platform fill the background. The image shows only feet and clothing, so the person's identity cannot be determined from it.2018-01-06Close-up photograph of a bare foot resting on a red cushioned seat placed on an ornate gold-toned pedestal. The person wears red garments with a gold border. Behind the foot is a gold carved panel, and a blurred brass lamp stands in the foreground left. Only a foot and leg are visible, so no full face or head appears.2011-09-12 +1 copies
