April 02 20122012-04-02Photograph of a long-haired man in an orange saffron dhoti and shawl, with a rudraksha mala draped across his chest and a white tilak on his forehead, standing outdoors near a flowering shrub with pink and red blooms. He holds a pair of black binoculars at his side and looks downward. Beside him, a man in white kurta sits with his head bent, and another person in orange holds a black smartphone and wears a rudraksha mala. A white wall and paved ground surround them.2012-04-01 +1 copiesDecember 24 20072007-12-24A man in a saffron-orange turban and matching orange draped robe walks along a dirt path beside a low white building with a red-framed veranda and a corrugated roof. He wears a long rudraksha mala around his neck and holds a small dark object in one hand. Green shrubs, a palm, a flowering bush and a large leafy tree stand behind him, with a green metal gate on the right. The appearance is distinctive with long swept-back hair, turban, saffron robes and rudraksha beads, matching the Swamiji (probable) candidate for this page, though his face is not used for identification.2006-10-10April 06 20082008-04-06Outdoor photo of a long-haired man seated cross-legged on rocks over an orange cloth on grassy ground with scattered trees behind. He wears an orange robe draped over his shoulders, a long rudraksha mala, and a red mark on his forehead, with his hands clasped on his knee. Two men in white clothes sit nearby, one at right wearing gold bangles, and a wooden staff lies at the lower left. The long swept-back hair, saffron robe and rudraksha cues are distinctive, so this is a probable Swamiji in person.2008-01-03A photograph of a man walking along a dirt path through green forest. He wears a sleeveless saffron-orange wrap garment draped over his body and orange cloth around the lower body, with a long rudraksha mala of brown beads around his neck and sandals on his feet. His long dark hair falls past his shoulders and he holds a wooden staff in one hand. Behind him follow several people: a woman in a yellow kurta with a white scarf and glasses, a woman in red trousers, a woman in a pink top, and others in white clothing. The man's appearance, with long swept-back hair, saffron clothing and rudraksha mala, matches the Swamiji (probable) profile in this archive photograph, which is a walking procession-style scene.2007-07-03A standing man in profile wears a flowing saffron-orange wrap draped over one shoulder and around the body, with long, swept-back dark wavy hair. He holds a long dark wooden staff in his right hand and stands barefoot on a dusty, sunlit open ground with patchy grass, a stack of bricks, and a red building at the top left. The appearance is consistent with a Swamiji (probable) figure in saffron sannyasi dress with long hair and a staff, so he is marked as in_person. Printed archive text runs vertically along the right edge.2006-10-19April 02 20122012-04-02Outdoor ceremony on dry grass beside a low concrete-block wall and young trees. A man with long dark hair, a white forehead mark, rudraksha mala and orange saffron robes with gold border stands centrally, one hand on a tall copper rod set into a brick base. A bald priest in white dhoti kneels at the base placing a brick and offerings, and a white-clad man reaches in. Another orange-robed attendant kneels at left with rudraksha malas. Devotees stand around watching, including a boy in a striped shirt, women in cream and green saris, and a man in yellow. Yellow flower petals lie near the base.2012-04-02 +1 copiesA photograph outdoors beneath a large banyan tree with many hanging aerial roots and dense green foliage. In the centre a man with long, swept-back dark hair and a tilac forehead mark wears a loose saffron-orange cloth draped over his shoulders and body, and walks barefoot over dry leaves and rocks while holding a long wooden staff in his right hand and gesturing outward with his left arm. Probable Swamiji by appearance cues: long hair, saffron clothing and a sannyasi presentation. To the right, a young man in a white garment and an orange-clad figure stand nearby. In the background, two women in white saris stand near a small pool of water. The photo carries a purple logo at the top left and a copyright line with a name and the source website at the bottom right.2006-10-25Photograph of a man walking outdoors on a paved path under trees, wearing an orange saffron-coloured draped garment with gold borders and a long strand of dark rudraksha beads across his chest, with long swept-back hair and a red tilak on his forehead. Around him, several people in orange and white ritual clothing walk along, including a shaved-headed man in a white dhoti with gold borders, a woman in an orange sari and another in a patterned sari. Appearance-based candidate: Swamiji (probable), identified by long hair, saffron garb and rudraksha mala.2012-04-02
