A man with long, wavy dark hair stands in profile beside a large grey tree trunk with hanging aerial roots, resting his forehead against the bark with eyes closed. He wears a red silk garment with gold zari stripes and a wide gold-bordered green-edged shawl draped over one shoulder, with a sacred tilak mark on his forehead. Multiple strands of rudraksha beads and dark beads hang around his neck, and rudraksha bracelets and an armlet adorn his arms. The setting is an outdoor garden with blurred greenery and a reddish building in the background. The scene reads as a devotional, meditative posture against the tree.2011-12-12A photograph of a man in saffron-orange robes leaning his forehead against the trunk of a large banyan-type tree with aerial roots, eyes closed in a devotional pose.
