A man in an orange saffron robe and an orange turban stands before a whiteboard on an easel, holding a marker and gesturing toward a grid, with a yellow and white flower garland and red and orange marigold garland draped over his shoulders and a rudraksha mala at his neck. The whiteboard grid has column headings 'with thoughts' and 'without thoughts' and row headings 'with I' and 'without I', with the cells labelled waking, Samadhi, dreaming and deep sleep.
