Behind her, a large dark poster shows a standing figure in saffron-and-gold garments with a trident-like staff and tall dark hair, and a framed picture shows Shiva and Parvati with a child deity. On the red-draped altar in front are a lit candle, a brass plate with offerings, small bowls, a shallow dish of pink and white flowers, and a small figurine. The scene suggests a home puja setting.2021-09-10 +1 copiesA photograph of ceremonial offerings stacked on a deep magenta velvet cloth. On top sits a folded cream silk textile with a red and gold woven border, draped over gold necklaces and a gold bangle set. Beneath it are folded saffron-orange, red, green, yellow and dark silk cloths with gold-thread patterns. At the left edge a brass vessel and ornate gold-toned metal stand. Behind the stack, the bottom edge of a red and pink-clad deity murti with a floral garland is partly visible.2024-07-07KAILASA DHUMBARAI, NEPAL on 4/18/20212021-04-18
