A photograph of a large hall where devotees sit cross-legged on colourful striped mats during a ritual. In the foreground, a bald man with glasses wears a white dhoti with a gold border, a bare torso, and a long rudraksha mala, with his hands folded and eyes closed. Beside him a man with long dreadlocked hair and a beard wears a white cloth, rudraksha malas and a gold necklace, and sits before brass puja trays holding oil lamps, a small kalasha, coconut-shaped offerings, a bowl of red kumkum and a steel cup. Other devotees in white and green clothing sit behind a black railing, and large screens on the walls show a religious image. No individual here is clearly identifiable as a person from appearance alone.

A large hall with a black metal railing separates a seated crowd from a floor covered in colourful striped mats in pink, red and blue. Many men sit cross-legged in white dhotis and rudraksha malas, performing puja with brass plates, small oil lamps and copper vessels set on the mats. One man in the centre wears a white dhoti, bare upper body and a long rudraksha mala, and holds a brass plate with offerings. Another in the foreground has white markings on his bare chest and arms and holds a flower or small item. A man in a light blue shirt with a rudraksha mala sits nearby, and a few women in saris sit in the background. Water bottles sit on the mats.

The foreground man in front wears a white dhoti, bare-chested, with a rudraksha mala and a white forehead mark, sitting beside brass puja plates, bells and oil lamps. Beside him a bare-chested man wears a red-brown rudraksha mala and bends over his offerings. Further back, seated devotees in white shirts and dhotis, some with rudraksha malas, sit before brass thalis and puja items. Overhead, two screens show an illuminated deity image and colourful banners hang from the ceiling. Several people are visible at the crowd barrier behind the rows.

A photograph of a long row of seated devotees performing a puja with brass oil lamps and small plates of offerings arranged on the floor in front of them. In the foreground a bare-chested man with short hair, a white dhoti with yellow borders, and rudraksha beads holds a lit lamp while another man with dreadlocks wears a red-brown rudraksha mala. A bald priest on the right has white tilak on his forehead, rudraksha beads, and an orange cloth. Others in orange, maroon and white clothing sit behind them, some holding lamps. A blurred deity image hangs on the wall in the background.

Seated group puja in a marble-floored hall. Several men sit cross-legged on pink mats, bare-chested, with white dhoti-style cloth, rudraksha malas and white sacred ash lines on their foreheads and arms. In the foreground a young man with short hair presses his palms together in prayer, while an older man in a pink-and-purple patterned lower garment sits with hands folded. Brass puja trays, small oil lamps, a kalasha-style brass vessel and a red cloth bundle lie before them. Men in orange and saffron garments sit at the edges, and a few candles burn on the floor.

A photograph of a row of men seated on the floor in a temple hall performing a ritual. They are bare-chested, wearing white dhotis with gold-yellow borders, and wear rudraksha malas; several have white sacred ash markings on their bodies and foreheads. Several hold small items in their hands, and in front of them lie brass oil lamps, kalasha-like vessels, pink flower petals, banana leaves, and small bowls on mats. Yellow-gold pillars stand at the left and orange-robed figures sit farther back. Two men in the foreground hold a leaf and a bundle of offerings. The setting suggests a puja or abhishekam ritual in progress.
