He wears a tall gold crown with a sunburst-style backing, a red bindi on his forehead, long dark hair, and a white and gold-bordered garment with a gold necklace and red flower garlands draped over his shoulders. He raises his right hand in a blessing gesture, with a blue sky behind him and a red and gold cushioned seat in the foreground. Given the page's indication that he is present at this event, the figure matches the appearance of Swamiji (probable), based on the crown, long hair, ornate gold necklace and flower garlands on the procession vehicle.
