Inside stand stacked sacks, a few red and blue plastic buckets, a metal pot and a steel container on the ground. A white chicken walks on bare reddish-brown earth in front of the shed, with scattered straw and dried sticks on the ground. A small patch of green foliage and a palm tree appear in the background. No people are visible.2007-03-18January 03 20122012-01-03December 15 20092009-12-15January 07 20122012-01-07 +1 copiesDecember 12 20092009-12-12A collapsed thatched hut with a sloping roof of dried palm fronds lies on a dirt ground beside a blue painted wall. A wooden pole stands in front of the damaged structure, and loose debris, a red cord and plastic litter are scattered near its base. No people are visible; the scene appears to document cyclone damage to a dwelling.2012-01-03December 12 20062006-12-12 +1 copiesA photograph of an elderly man standing on a red dirt path in a sparse, dry landscape with scrubby green trees and scattered stones. He has white hair and a white beard and wears a yellow-orange shawl draped over his shoulders with a white dhoti, and he stands with palms pressed together in a namaskar greeting. A thin wooden stick lies on the ground nearby. The sky is pale and hazy.2009-08-05A photograph of a rural compound with thatched palm-leaf huts beneath a coconut palm. In the centre, a figure in an orange saffron robe stands at the entrance of a thatched workshop, while a man in white clothes works inside. In the foreground stands a large carved wooden throne-like chair with a scalloped back, next to a wooden bench with carved sides. Stone blocks, rubble and a clay pot lie scattered on the sandy ground, and a sack sits at the right edge. The figure in orange is a sannyasi in saffron robes; the features are not clear enough to confirm identity.2009-11-21September 19 20062006-09-19
