A large crowd fills an indoor hall with white ceiling fans and fluorescent lights, viewed from the back of the room toward a distant stage area. Hundreds of people, mostly in white and pastel clothing, stand and sit closely packed; several women wear red, orange and saree colours, and some hold small red and orange flags or fans. A thin red rope runs across the foreground separating the audience from a cordoned area. Speakers, a camera on a tripod and stage lighting are visible at the right side. No individual can be clearly identified as the speaker, and the crowd is too distant to confirm any presenter's appearance.
