A seated man in a dark-haired high bun and rust-red dhoti wears a long red-and-white flower garland, heavy gold necklaces and gold armlets, sitting on a red cushioned throne backed by a floral arch of red roses, yellow marigolds, white flowers and green leaves. A woman in a white sari with red blouse and red-beaded necklace offers a golden tray of sacred items to him; a golden lion figure stands at the base of the throne. Gold decor surrounds the scene. The man's appearance matches several cues of the page subject, but the image is a photo of a seated figure receiving an offering, so the identity is uncertain.2016-07-19April 14 20182018-04-14A photograph of a seated man with long dark dreadlocks wrapped in a black turban, a red-and-ochre vertical tilak on his forehead, and a dark beard. He wears a heavy red and yellow marigold garland and a rudraksha-style bead necklace over brown-orange robes, and holds an orange fruit in one hand. Behind him a wall of yellow and red flowers and a leopard-print seat are visible. In the left foreground a shirtless man in white dhoti with a gold border bows forward, his hand on the seated man's shoulder, in a blessing gesture. The seated figure's appearance with dreadlocks, turban, rudraksha necklace and saffron clothing is a probable Swamiji (probable) cue match, presented here as an in-person candidate. Two physical people are visible.2018-04-14April 14 20182018-04-14A seated man with long dark braided hair wrapped on his head smiles broadly while handing a gold-coloured thread or garland to a bare-chested priest in white dhoti and an orange cloth draped over his shoulder, who bows toward him. The seated man wears a deep maroon garment, layered red and white beaded malas, heavy gold necklaces and armlets, and a red tilak on his forehead, seated on a red-cushioned throne. Behind him are dense arrangements of yellow marigolds, white flowers and green leaves, with a gold throne backrest and a gold-and-red decorative fabric at left. The setting suggests a temple ritual offering.2016-07-19 +1 copiesAugust 23 20172017-08-23April 14 20182018-04-14A seated figure in a dark maroon robe and a black turban sits on an ornate gold throne upholstered with leopard-print cushions, wearing a multi-strand rudraksha mala, a large gold pendant and a red, white and blue garland. Beside the throne a silver trident stands in the foreground, and a golden lion's head rests on the armrest. A man in a white shirt with an orange shawl kneels and offers his hands toward the seated figure, who extends a hand in blessing. Another devotee in an orange garland is partly visible at right, and brass lamps and floral garlands decorate the background. The seated figure's appearance is uncertain, so the identity is not established.2016-02-24 +2 copiesA bearded man with a tall dark turban-style head covering and a red tilak on his forehead sits on a silver-carved throne with a leopard-print cushion, in front of a backdrop of yellow and red marigold garlands and a navy blue arched canopy with gold trim.
