A photograph of a temple stepped area lined with rows of black stone Shiva lingams on red-painted tiers. Four bare-chested men sit among them: at left a man in orange-brown cloth with a rudraksha mala, at centre a man in a white dhoti with a mala, and at right an older white-haired man in a white dhoti and orange shawl with a mala, both hands lifted in prayer. A fourth man stands at left in a purple and orange lower cloth, touching his forehead. Brass vessels, a small oil lamp and flower offerings sit on a cloth at right, and a red flag hangs in the foreground beside a metal railing. Their roles and a person's presence are not visually established.

Outdoor photo of a crowded stepped ghat with red-painted steps and black stone shivalingams on tiered platforms. Several men and women sit at the lingams performing abhishekam, pouring liquid from brass vessels and gold-toned horns. In the centre, a shirtless young man wearing white dhoti and a rudraksha mala holds a golden vessel, while a woman in a saffron-orange sari and sunglasses beside him wears a red rudraksha mala and sits before a brass puja tray. Behind them, spectators in mixed clothing watch from the steps, and red flags flank the upper area. No identifiable a person figure is visible.

Outdoor ritual at a stone temple of black linga-shaped stone bases (shivalingas) arranged on red stone steps during a Rudrabhishekam. A young man with long dreadlocks and bare chest, wearing a white dhoti with gold border, sits with palms pressed together in prayer, a white ash marking on his forehead. Beside him a man in a red silk dhoti and rudraksha mala with a bare torso holds his hands together, and further back other men in white dhotis and bare chests sit with ash-smeared bodies. Small white ritual items and a brass lamp sit on a cloth in front. Orange flags and a metal railing appear in the background.
