A photograph of an outdoor temple tank with red-brown stepped sides and a large black stone Shivalinga rising from a platform in the centre of the water. Devotees stand along the steps and some wade in the water near the linga. Several men wear white dhotis and shirts, one wears an orange garment, and a man in an orange cloth stands at the water's edge near the front. Palm trees, a clear blue sky and a distant fenced area frame the scene. Rows of small black lingas line the outer steps on the right.
