A raised stage at the far end has a red backdrop with a framed portrait labelled "Paramahamsa Nithyananda" and a banner reading "Bhagavad Gita and Kalpataru". Most wear white, cream and saree-style clothes in bright colours such as orange, pink, green, blue and purple, with long hair in braids or pulled back and some flowers in their hair. Rows of metal stanchions divide the seating area. On the far stage, a yellow and gold draped canopy frames a decorated altar with deity murtis, and large screens on either side show illustrated images. A standing woman in a red-bordered white saree is visible at the right edge, near the aisle. Overhead ceiling lights illuminate the hall.2013-07-22A large indoor hall packed with seated devotees, filling most of the frame. Many people wear white and pastel shirts, sarees and salwar kameez; several women have flowers in their hair, including white jasmine garlands in long braids. Ceiling fans and rows of lights hang overhead. At the far end, a stage with a lit backdrop and a few small figures is visible, and a large screen and banners hang along the walls. The crowd gazes toward the stage. Numbers are too large to count precisely; the crowd is well above one hundred people.2010-02-15A large hall filled with a crowd of several hundred seated women on pale plastic chairs, viewed from the back, many with long plaited hair and saly or kurta outfits in orange, blue, pink and yellow. Ceiling fans hang beneath a white fabric canopy. At the front, a stage carries a large backdrop of a smiling man in an orange turban and saffron clothing, with a banner reading Nithyananda Satsang, a lit oil lamp and a microphone on a podium. A projection screen stands to the right of the stage. The crowd is visible in the foreground, while the speaker is small in the distance.2010-08-19November 01 20142014-11-01
