Orange marigold-like flowers grow along a low planting bed. A blue road sign stands by the path. Behind the greenery are large white tented or shed-style buildings, and a tall orange-and-white construction crane or tower rises at left. Several billboards are mounted on the white structures, including a large board with a portrait of a woman in orange clothing and printed Kannada text. A white box truck is parked at right and a motorcycle is parked near the building. No people are visible.2009-09-07Outdoor photo of a dusty road lined with palm trees and a concrete-edged planting bed of small green seedlings. Along the right roadside stand several tall posters on wooden poles, the nearest showing a smiling person in a red garment with Tamil text beneath. A few people walk on the road, and parked cars and white vehicles sit to the left near a white building. Temporary stalls with purple and red coverings line the far side under a clear sky.2009-02-27A wide dusty dirt road runs through an open compound lined with tall coconut palms and leafy trees under a pale sky. On the left, a roadside banner advertises Nithya Annadanam with a photo of a smiling woman, a row of white-clad figures in a field, and a contact number. On the right, several grey stone sculptures of deities and figures stand on a plinth behind red and white bollards. Faint signage and a distant structure appear down the road. No people are visible in the scene.2010-01-13November 23 20102010-11-23June 19 20142014-06-19 +1 copiesA photograph of an open dusty ground at an outdoor event site under a pale overcast sky. Palm trees stand among scaffolding and a decorated stage structure with yellow and red ornamentation and hanging banners on the left. A tall vertical banner on a scaffold tower shows a saffron-clad figure with long hair, with Tamil text below. A smaller yellow poster with a red-and-black circular graphic hangs beside it. Strings of orange and white pennant flags stretch between poles, and a bamboo fence runs across the foreground. A dog walks on the ground. No people are visible.2006-11-25November 24 20102010-11-24A roadside scene on a dirt verge beside a paved road, lined with tall coconut palms under an overcast sky. Two large orange banners are displayed: the larger one on a stand shows a smiling man wearing an orange turban and orange clothing beside Tamil and English lettering reading Nithyananda Dhyanapeetam. A smaller orange banner with a similar portrait is mounted on a small white truck parked at the right. Several motorcycles are parked in front of the big banner, a man in a white dhoti rides a bicycle at left, and a few men in light clothing sit on the grass near the truck. A peacock graphic appears on the truck's side. The banners show a portrait, not a physical person, so the only physical people are the bicycle rider and the seated men.2012-01-04A wide dirt ground at an ashram site under an overcast grey sky. Bare reddish earth with patches of grass fills the foreground, with a few stones and a metal fence frame at left. Behind it stands a long low building with a red-tiled roof and green trees. Two tractors or trucks and a yellow vehicle sit near a boundary wall at right. Two or three small figures in orange robes walk across the ground, one near the centre and another near the right edge, and a dark-clothed figure stands beyond them. A red-roofed structure with a small spire appears at the far right edge.2016-09-16
