Two attendants in saffron-orange robes stand nearby: one holds a brass tray with a large brass lamp, the other has hands folded in namaskar. Gold-coloured brass lamps, a kalasha-like brass bowl and a golden arched frame surround the altar, with a small white-clad figure with a green cloth at the base, and a copyright credit overlays the lower right corner.2012-04-24January 01 20122012-01-01April 24 20122012-04-24March 22 20082008-03-22June 22 20132013-06-22 +1 copiesA photograph of a temple ritual at a decorated shrine with carved stone pillars. Two large deity murtis, one with an orange turban and gold crown and one in red and pink garments with a jewelled crown, are seated on a platform framed by garlands of marigolds and roses in red, yellow, purple and white. A shaven-headed priest in orange robes stands at left reaching toward the figures, while a young assistant in red-orange garments with long dark hair pours or offers from a vessel near the central deity. Brass lamps and a kalasha-like vessel sit before the garlanded figures, and a small clay or doll-like figure in red appears at the base. This appears to be a padapuja-style worship scene.2011-12-12
