2008 - Programs and Events at Kailaasa In HyderabadFive young men stand together outdoors at night in front of a lit temple gopuram and a potted palm. The man on the left wears a white shirt and a yellow shawl and holds a small dish of grains or offerings. Next to him a man in a white shirt and dark trousers watches. A man in a white shirt holds a yellow flower, and the man in the pink polo shirt beside him holds a yellow flower and a small object. The man on the right wears a light blue shirt and holds a yellow flower. The scene suggests a small temple offering or distribution of prasadam, but no a person is visible in the frame.Night-time photo of a man in a white kurta with a yellow shawl and a rudraksha mala, holding a metal plate of food with both hands and looking down. Behind him, several men in shirts (one in a red-and-white striped shirt) stand close together, some holding plates and eating, in a dark outdoor setting near a white carved stone edge. Appearance-based cues on the foreground man are modest (white kurta, yellow shawl, rudraksha mala) and do not clearly establish identity, so no identification is made.2008-09-03A night-time photograph outside a plain blue-grey building with a white door. Four young men stand on a dirt ground holding small paper packets and cups. On the far left a man in a pink collared shirt and jeans looks to the side; next a young man in a brown striped t-shirt and grey trousers looks down at a packet; then a young man in a maroon striped shirt and brown trousers holds a small packet; on the right an older man in a white t-shirt, white trousers, a dark pendant necklace and a wristwatch, with a tilak mark on his forehead, smiles while offering a packet. A small blue logo appears at the upper left.December 16 20062006-12-162008 - Post August - Powerful homa in Sirkazhi by trained AcharyaA photograph of a devotional gathering indoors. In the foreground, a person in a sleeveless orange saffron garment with a pink and white flower garland on the shoulders faces away from the camera, holding the hands of a smiling young boy in a white t-shirt and gold bangle. Behind them stand several men: a man with a white horizontal tilak on his forehead, wearing a white kurta, yellow shawl and rudraksha mala; a man in white shirt with an ID badge; and others in white and saffron clothing. The setting appears to be a hall with draped fabric in the background.2009-11-21Night-time outdoor gathering of devotees in a garden, with string lights strung overhead and a potted palm in the foreground. Several men in white ritual dhotis and white shirts stand in a line, one wearing an orange-yellow waist cloth, reaching forward with hands extended toward an offering. Women in colourful saris stand behind them, and a small oil lamp flame glows on the table near the front. The scene appears to be a devotional satsang or ritual distribution.2011-10-12Indoor photograph of a devotional darshan in a decorated hall with cloth-wrapped pillars and hanging tassels overhead. A long-haired man in a sleeveless saffron-orange robe sits at the right, leaning forward and handing a small yellow object to a man in a white shirt. Around them stand devotees in white dhotis with yellow and red shawls and orange garments. In the lower centre a man in a white shirt bends low with his head near the floor, and a man in a pale pink shirt points toward the scene at left.
