A photograph of a silver thali tray set on a grey woven placemat over a leopard-print cloth. The round tray holds a central bowl of steamed white rice and surrounding metal katoris containing dal, a green bean and potato sabzi, carrot and vegetable preparations, a mixed rice, a plain rice pudding or kheer, a curry with cilantro garnish, and a small empty cup. No people are visible; this is a meal serving rather than a ritual scene.
