He wears a heavy necklace of gold-toned bells and rudraksha-style beads, matching beaded bracelets, and a gold bangle. He bends forward with his hands near a small ritual object on the floor, while a striped rug and red floor surround the scene. The image appears to show ritual worship.2021-08-21A photograph of a shaven-headed devotee in an orange turban and orange dhoti sits on a red floor performing arati. He holds a brass plate with a burning oil lamp in his right hand and a small brass bell or implement in his left, with rudraksha beads and a silver bangle on his wrists and a beaded mala around his neck. Beside him stands an ornate carved wooden shrine with turned pillars and a canopy, where a deity murti in a maroon garment with pearl and gold necklaces is seated. The murti's hand is visible at the shrine opening, and a red cloth hangs in the background.2021-08-21ADIKAILASA on 8/21/20212021-08-21March 22 20132013-03-22Photo 11680117Photo 11680370Photo 11734483April 09 20132013-04-09September 13 20142014-09-13A young priest in saffron-orange dhoti and bare upper body, wearing a white KN95-style face mask, pours water from a brass kalasha-style vessel with a long spout beside a multi-tiered brass lamp holding several lit oil lamps. He wears layered rudraksha malas, rudraksha bracelets and white sacred ash marks on his arms and forehead. Behind him hang marigold and mixed flower garlands against a purple backdrop, and an ornate gold arched frame encloses a deity murti decorated with pearl garlands and an orange and yellow cloth. Fresh flowers and a cloth-wrapped sacred object sit at the base. This appears to be a ritual abhishekam or puja setting.2021-01-11November 20 20182018-11-20
