A procession of several people walks away from the camera. In the foreground a man in white kurta and a saffron shawl with a dark beaded mala stands at the left edge. Behind him a woman in a cream sari carries a brass tray with flowers and offerings, followed by people in white clothing and one person in an orange garment. A pink building and a red-and-white signboard with Tamil script appear at the left.2010-02-18A photograph taken outdoors on a paved walkway in warm, low-angled sunlight. In the left foreground, a figure seen from behind, bare-shouldered and wearing an orange-saffron robe draped over one shoulder with a red trim and a red-and-dark rudraksha-style neck garland, sits facing a group of men. Around six to eight men in white shirts and white dhoti-style clothing stand with palms pressed together in namaste, some with eyes closed, as a devotional gesture. A red pole stands at the left edge and vehicles are blurred in the background. The figure with the saffron robe appears to be a sannyasi receiving devotees, but the face is not visible and identity is uncertain.2011-02-02Outdoor photograph of a line of devotees standing with palms pressed together in namaskar on a dirt ground beneath palm and leafy trees, with thatched-roof buildings behind. Foreground figures include an older man in a white shirt and white dhoti with a mustard-yellow shawl, a man in a checked shirt, a woman in a pink sari with glasses, a smiling man in a white shirt with a pendant, and a young girl in a pink dress with glasses. Behind them, other people in white and colourful clothing stand along the path, some in orange and yellow garments, and a man in a white vest and orange cloth walks at left. No one visible is identifiable as the swami; all are devotees and attendees.2006-12-26November 25 20092009-11-25
