A bare-footed man with long swept-back dark hair and a rust-red shawl stands on a cream carpet in front of an ornate golden throne with a red cushion, grinning and gesturing. Around him, a semicircle of young men and boys in saffron-orange dhotis and shawls, and some in white dhotis, clap and watch. Around him, people in saffron and orange robes with gold borders stand and sit, several clapping and raising hands; a young girl in orange stands in front, and women in white and orange sarees appear at right. A red curtain and bamboo screens form the backdrop, and a patterned red carpet lies before the throne. The scene suggests a puja or darshan setting, with the seated figure's identity not established from appearance.2016-03-30January 02 20132013-01-02A photograph of a hall with a red-cushioned throne and red carpet.
