A night street scene outside a roadside shop with a red-and-white STOP sign and a lit red Tamil-language signboard, a police stop sign and a parked silver car. A long-haired man in saffron-orange robes wears a large garland of white flowers, red blossoms and green leaves, with a long chain of yellow beads across his chest; he smiles as people gather around him. Beside him, a younger man in orange robes walks close, and a bespectacled man with a grey beard in orange clothing stands at left by a dark car. Several men in white shirts and older women in saris, one with grey hair, press near him, and rose petals lie on the road. The long-haired man's saffron clothing and layered garlands match the visible cues, so this is a person in person, presented here by appearance only.
