Night procession scene: a golden ornate ratha or palanquin-style float stands on a dark street, lit by warm lamps. Seated on a green cushioned seat is a deity murti or statue draped with garlands of flowers, with a bright lamp beside it. Several men in white dhotis and shirts stand around the float, and one man wears an orange-saffron shawl over white clothing. Buildings and a dim sky form the backdrop.

Two silver-coloured metal images sit on a raised seat: a figure in a white dhoti and white head cloth with a gold necklace, and a female figure in silver ornaments, both garlanded with white and red flower strands. A large red flag with a dark emblem stands at left, and a golden kumkum-marked panel with script hangs above. No living people are clearly visible in the frame.

A person in orange clothing sits near the front of the float, and figures in white are visible at the right edge against a dark background with scattered lights.

A deity murti of a standing figure with a crown and garlands in yellow and orange marigolds sits under an ornate gold arched canopy, framed by red and pink drapery, on a golden palanquin-like stand with a bull (nandi) figure beside it. A bare-chested person in white dhoti with a rudraksha mala and long hair stands at the palanquin, hands together, facing it. Men in white dhotis and shirts stand around in the crowd, and a few people in orange or saffron clothing are visible in the background. Lamps and warm lighting illuminate the scene.

An attendant in white dhoti holds a large white chamara fan beside the chariot. Behind, a second decorated float with lights and orange-clad figures follows, and a crowd of devotees in white and orange moves along the path under strings of lights and a canopy.
