A screenshot of a video call gallery showing ten participant tiles from an online KAILASA Seattle daily update. Several tiles show a saffron-clad figure with an orange turban and long hair beside a deity image and a temple-and-mountain backdrop, a common virtual background. Participants include women in saffron, pink, red and blue clothing, and a man in a white shirt with a tilak, some with framed pictures and wall decor behind them. Names appear on the tiles, including Rani Iyer, Indra Wati and Laxmi Chandran. The image is a Zoom-style screen capture, not a photograph of a physical gathering.2021-07-02Photo 66793662021-07-02Photo 99192582021-07-02Photo 82848592021-07-06 +1 copiesPhoto 99204472021-07-04 +1 copiesA nine-tile video call gallery of online participants, mostly women, in their home settings. Top left, a smiling woman with a bindi sits before a framed photo; top middle, a woman in a red shawl; top right, a woman in glasses in front of a temple gopuram with a mountain behind. Middle row, a woman with a blond bob beside a screen showing a saffron-robed figure with a turban and a golden deity image, a woman in glasses before a shrine, and a woman in a striped top beside the same saffron-robed screen image. Bottom row shows two more women in home settings. The tile labels read CA Yogamalar, Rani Iyer, Ma Udaysree, Jody Walz, Mohini Lata, Laxmi Chandran, Indra Wati and A-19 Hawaiti. Saffron-robed figures on the backdrops are printed or displayed images, not physical people.2021-07-16KAILASA SEATTLE, USA on 7/1/20212021-07-01 +3 copiesA video-call gallery screenshot of nine participants in a Zoom-style grid, with names shown in the bottom-left corner of each tile. Most tiles show women in home settings: one in a pink top beside a small shrine with a red-draped deity murti, one in a red saree in a yellow-cabinet kitchen, one in a patterned top with hands in anjali, and one in a red sari beside a framed picture. The central tile is a graphic backdrop showing a smiling figure in saffron/orange robes and a gopuram temple at right. A shaved-headed participant with hands folded stands before a temple skyline with gopurams. No one in the image is identifiable as a person; the orange-robed figure appears only in the printed backdrop graphic.2021-07-08KAILASA SEATTLE, USA on 7/23/20212021-07-23KAILASA SEATTLE, USA on 8/14/20212021-08-14A screenshot of a video call grid showing eight women participants in individual video tiles, most with hands pressed in anjali mudra or smiling at the camera.
