A photograph of a crowd walking through a stone temple colonnade with carved pillars and a dark doorway opening onto a distant courtyard. In the centre, a man in an orange turban and saffron robe, wearing a long garland of yellow and white flowers and a rudraksha-style bead necklace, walks with palms pressed together in greeting. Around him, devotees in white dhotis and white shirts, a woman in a blue sari with yellow blouse, and a bare-chested man in orange dhoti and bead mala move through the procession. Loudspeakers are mounted on the pillars. The visible people number more than twenty.

Crowded interior of a temple hall at night with a tall golden pillar behind the crowd. In the centre, a man in an orange-saffron shawl stands with a red-and-white tilak on his forehead, surrounded by devotees. Around him, men in white dhotis and shirts, some with white caps, press close; to the right a bare-chested man wears a rudraksha mala and a white dhoti, and in the foreground a man in saffron robes and a white-clad man kneel. Printed signs and framed posters hang on the left wall in Tamil script. The person in the orange shawl is a sannyasi-style figure; appearance alone is not enough to name him.

A dense crowd fills a stone temple corridor at night, with a gold-plated pillar and a framed painting of a deity on the upper left wall. In the centre, a man in an orange turban and orange shawl stands among devotees, with a gold necklace visible on a nearby orange-robed attendant. Men in white dhotis and shirts surround him, and a bare-chested man in the foreground wears a rudraksha mala. Several people have white vibhuti marks on their foreheads. The scene appears to be a temple procession or darshan, with the orange-clad figure possibly the a person based on his orange turban, saffron shawl and ornate cues, though his face is not visible enough to confirm.

A dense crowd of devotees fills a warm-lit stone temple corridor with carved pillars and wooden panels. Many people press forward toward an inner doorway, some with hands folded in prayer. A man in a red shirt and a woman in a pink-and-white striped top stand near the centre, a girl in red looks toward the camera, and women wear saffron and red saris with flowers in their hair. A few men in white shirts stand among them. Framed deity pictures hang on the walls and a large brass vessel sits on the floor. No clearly identifiable presiding figure is visible in the foreground.

A photograph inside a stone temple corridor with carved granite pillars and fluorescent tube lights overhead, with iron grille railings on the right. A group of about two dozen men walks through the passage. In the centre, a man in a saffron-orange robe and orange turban-style headwear walks ahead, and a man in an orange dhoti with a rudraksha-style mala and a bare upper body walks beside him. Other men wear white shirts and dhotis, one wears a red shirt, and a boy in a striped shirt stands near the front. A kolam design is visible on the floor at the bottom edge.
