Centre: a seated figure in a red and maroon embroidered robe with a white shawl on a gold and blue-cushioned ornate throne, holding a staff, with a golden crown-like headpiece; the figure appears to be a statue or effigy rather than a living person. Front centre: a small mat and cushioned footstool. Left: a gold bull (Nandi) carrying a decorated seat with two small figures, garlanded with marigold and multicoloured flower strands. Right: a gold-framed seated deity murti in red garments, garlanded, on a gold pedestal. White and orange draped fabric hangs behind the central throne between dark pillars decorated with greenery. Garlands of marigold and green leaves frame the scene.2011-12-15A figure in orange robes and an orange turban sits with palms pressed together in namaste on a red cushioned seat at the centre of a stage, before a large gilded throne backed by a golden horse-headed frame with garlands of yellow and multicoloured flowers. Two gilded deity murtis flank the stage: on the left a murti in a purple cloth base with a flower garland, and on the right a figure in blue and green silk with a garland, both seated before golden arches. A standing attendant in orange dhoti and orange garment with long hair holds a flower or offering near the left murti. Oil lamps and offerings sit on the floor, and a microphone stand stands near the seat. Red curtains hang behind the stage. Swamiji (probable): the seated figure wears a saffron turban, orange robes and a rudraksha-style mala with long hair, consistent with the page's Swamiji reference.2017-11-28November 28 20172017-11-28November 29 20172017-11-29Stage darshan scene in a temple-style hall with deep red curtains. A man in saffron-orange robes and an orange turban sits with palms pressed together on an ornate silver-trimmed seat before a golden arch backed with yellow and red garlands and a gilded deity murti. Flanking him are two large golden deity statues in garlanded arches, one dressed in blue with a crown and the other in green and blue with a crown. Oil lamps burn on the floor, and a standing attendant in orange on the left holds a lamp. The stage is covered in a rug and flower petals.2017-11-28A photograph of a stage with red curtains and a garlanded golden throne draped in green cloth and marigold garlands. The throne is backed by a green cloth and a large arrangement of yellow, red and white garlands around a deity murti. To the left, a seated female figure in brown and blue garments stands beside a garlanded statue, and at right a golden-framed seat holds a garlanded deity murti wearing a gold crown and jewelled necklaces, with an attendant in an orange robe and rudraksha mala standing by offering a lamp. Red velvet drapes form the backdrop. The seated figure's appearance is uncertain and no legible name appears on the image itself.2017-11-11
