A seated figure in rust-orange robes and a golden-hued shawl sits cross-legged on a fur-draped throne, smiling and gesturing with one open hand while speaking into a headset microphone. He wears a long rudraksha mala and a heavy ceremonial gold necklace with a pendant, gold armbands, and earrings, and has long swept-back hair with a red bindi on the forehead. Behind him stands a tall arched backdrop built from rows of red, purple, yellow and white flower garlands, with a golden crest at the top. Two golden lion-shaped guardian figures flank the throne, and a silver ceremonial staff stands at the left edge. Small oil lamps glow in the background. A tiger-striped cloth covers the platform.
