November 29 20112011-11-29Photograph of a stone-pillared temple shrine at night, with a deity murti group draped in garlands of red, yellow, green and white flowers. Two standing figures and a seated central deity are adorned with gold crowns and ornaments. Brass oil lamps stand on the stone altar, and a silver kalasha sits at left. A single person stands at right, seen from behind, wearing an orange-yellow silk garment with a bare upper back and long dark hair, facing the shrine in worship. Orange cloth hangs on the side. Carved reliefs decorate the pillars and altar.2011-11-29 +1 copiesNovember 29 20112011-11-29Photograph of a temple shrine during a puja. Three figures stand at left wearing saffron and orange garments: one bare-chested priest in an orange dhoti holding a ritual vessel, and a long-haired figure in an orange silk garment with a white-and-red garland, who appears to be a probable Swamiji by visible cues of long hair and orange ceremonial clothing, not by face. Behind them stands a large deity murti with gold crown and a deity figure with garlands in red, pink, white and green, draped in a flower-festooned arch with gold trim. A brass lamp stands at right and small flowers lie on the floor. A probable Swamiji is physically present.2011-11-29March 02 20182018-03-02March 03 20112011-03-03 +1 copiesNovember 29 20112011-11-29A photograph of a temple puja inside a shrine. A long-haired man in a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, with a forehead marking and gold armlets, holds a lit flame on a brass lamp (aarti) toward ornately decorated deity murtis. The deity figures wear multicoloured garlands and a silver-embellished robe, and a golden arch frames the shrine. Two attendants in orange garments stand at left holding offering trays. Marigold petals lie on the floor, and a draped white and yellow cloth covers a platform. Probable Swamiji is the man performing the aarti, identified by his long swept-back hair, ornate gold jewellery and saffron clothing.2011-11-29 +1 copiesMarch 02 20182018-03-02December 05 20162016-12-05December 26 20092009-12-26November 29 20112011-11-29
