Indoor photo of a musical performance before a shrine. A seated musician in a cream kurta and white dhoti plays a long wooden stringed instrument with a tuning gourd, while a bare-chested drummer in a pink-patterned dhoti with gold necklaces plays a large frame drum. Behind them stands a golden arched frame holding a saffron-robed standing figure wearing a saffron head wrap and rudraksha mala, with marigold garlands and a flower offering at its base; this is a statue, so it is not counted as a physical person. Red and purple drapes, garlands of pink, white and yellow flowers, and a silver-trimmed platform surround the scene. A copyright overlay appears in the corner.

A photograph inside a temple hall with a dark red curtain and garlands of pink, white and yellow flowers. On the left, a man in a white kurta sits cross-legged on a patterned mat playing a long wooden flute. In the centre-right, a man bare-chested with a gold necklace and wrapped pink-brown cloth plays a large hand drum on a mat. Behind them, a gilded arch frames a saffron-robed statue wearing a rudraksha mala and orange turban, with flower offerings in front. To the right, a seated deity murti in silver and red garments with a crown and jewelled adornments sits on a golden stepped pedestal. No person in the scene is identifiable as the a person.

A photograph inside a gilded hall with ornate golden carved panels and a red floor, showing a musical ensemble performing before a throne. Seated on the floor at the centre, a man in a beige kurta with a red shawl plays a long wooden flute, and a woman in a maroon sari with an orange border sings beside him. Two men in white dhotis and shirts play drums, one man in white plays a stringed instrument, and another man in white with a shawl sits at the right edge. Behind them an ornate throne with red cushions holds a figure in a saffron turban, rudraksha beads and gold necklaces; the figure appears to be a depiction of a seated guru rather than a clear identification. A microphone stands in front of the singer and the flute player.

A photograph of a temple puja setting. A bare-chested priest in white dhoti and a gold-beaded necklace sits cross-legged on a dark platform, eyes closed, chanting, while his hands rest over brass and steel vessels, a silver bowl, a small glass and an oil lamp. Beside him stands a white statue of a sage with a saffron-orange robe, a saffron turban, a rudraksha mala and a raised palm. Behind them hang a garland of yellow and orange marigolds, an embroidered silver-and-black ornamental backdrop and a saffron cloth. The scene suggests a padapuja offering ritual.

Two men in saffron-orange dhoti and shawl stand before a golden shrine niche with arched pillars and a row of amber lights. The man on the left, bare-shouldered with a rudraksha mala and an armband of beads, and a red mark on his forehead, stands with hands folded. The man in the centre, bare-backed and bent forward, is offering a white flower garland at a small gilded shrine holding a deity murti, with brass lamps, kalasha-style vessels and a plate of flowers in front.

The man on the right wears a red kurta and white dhoti and holds a long wooden wind instrument with brass fittings. A priest with a shaved head, white dhoti and shawl, a gold and bead necklace, and tilak marks sits cross-legged before a white statue dressed in an orange robe, bead mala and gold ornament, its right hand raised in blessing. Behind the statue is a garlanded deity murti with yellow and orange flower garlands and a silver-embroidered backdrop. In front stand a brass oil lamp, a silver dish, small brass vessels and a large steel offering tray. Orange drapery and a gate hung with marigold strings frame the scene.

A young man with shoulder-length wavy hair, bare-chested and wearing saffron-orange cloth draped over his body, stands on a red-tiled floor beside a large gold-and-silver statue of a sannyasi. The statue wears orange robes, a long rudraksha mala, bangles, and a tall gold crown, and holds a wooden staff. Behind it is an ornate gold throne-like shrine with red cushions and small deity figures, flanked by brass oil lamps on the floor, with a red curtain backdrop, a small gold canopy, and a framed portrait on the left showing a person playing a violin.

Two seated musicians perform on a stage with a green and orange floor covering in front of a pale draped curtain. On the left, a man in a white kurta plays a tabla-style drum with a golden-trimmed head, his hands resting on it, with microphones on stands before him. On the right, a man in an orange short-sleeved shirt with embroidered flowers and white dhoti sits cross-legged, playing a stringed instrument with his hands at the centre. The scene suggests a devotional music performance.
