September 18 20062006-09-18Inside a gold-trimmed temple doorway with carved pillars and a green-and-red painted column, a smiling man in a saffron-orange robe and rudraksha mala stands with palms pressed together in greeting. He has a wreath-like headband and a white necklace. Several men in white shirts and dhotis stand around him; one bald man in an orange cloth stands behind, and one in white bows toward him. Hanging lamps and decorated temple interior are visible beyond. The robed man's distinctive saffron clothing, rudraksha beads and headband are consistent with the page's a person reference, though identity is uncertain from appearance.2012-05-31A photo at a temple doorway, with an ornate stone entrance and dark wooden doors with metal fittings. A bearded man with long dark hair and an orange dhoti-style wrap, bare-chested and wearing a gold armlet, walks at left looking toward the right. Center, a man in a bright red-orange wrap with a red hood and face painted with white markings wears a gold ceremonial necklace and a dark rudraksha mala, walking barefoot. Behind them a woman in a white sari with a red shawl, several men in orange robes and a few devotees follow through the doorway toward a lit inner sanctum with a golden grille.2009-07-13A photograph of two saffron-robed sannyasis walking down a dim temple corridor past heavy dark wooden doors studded with brass knobs and an iron latch. The man in front has long hair, white forehead markings and a rudraksha mala, with a gold-coloured chain and a saffron shawl edged in gold; he appears to be walking with a serious expression. The man beside him on the right is shaved-headed, wears a white headband, a beaded mala and a gold necklace, and a saffron shawl trimmed with gold. Several other men in orange and white clothing follow behind them in the corridor.2012-05-22May 07 20122012-05-07Temple interior with sandstone pillars carved with floral and figural reliefs, wrapped in bamboo scaffolding. A man in a long rust-red robe with a rudraksha mala and gold necklace stands with palms pressed together in namaste, flanked by a man in white dhoti and shawl with gold border holding a tall silver staff, and a man in orange robe seen from behind. Devotees in white and red clothing stand around them, and a young girl in a pink top watches at right. Evening light shows through openings. The robed figure in rust and gold appearance matches the page's a person naming only partially, so the identity is uncertain.2016-06-03May 31 20122012-05-31December 30 20092009-12-30September 11 20122012-09-11 +1 copiesA photograph of a narrow stone passage inside a South Indian temple complex, with a gopuram visible in the background. In the centre, a man with long dark hair and a swept-back style wears a saffron-orange dhoti and shawl, multiple rudraksha and beaded malas, and a gold necklace; he has a sandalwood or tilak mark on his forehead and is walking barefoot with an arm extended. Beside him, a bald priest in orange robes and a rudraksha mala carries a small brass vessel. Behind them, a uniformed police officer in khaki and a cap walks among devotees and attendants in orange and white. Large weathered wooden temple doors with iron fittings line both sides of the passage. Probable Swamiji is the central figure in orange with long hair, a gold necklace and rudraksha malas, shown in person.2012-05-22A photograph of people walking together along a long, pillared temple corridor with carved stone walls and a sculpted lion-like relief at right.
