A central man stands barefoot on a red mat with palms pressed together in namaskar, wearing a saffron-orange dhoti and a thick red-and-white flower garland, with a red tilak on his forehead and long swept-back hair; he has the appearance of a probable Swamiji and a long-haired ornate presence, with gold necklaces and bangles. Beside him to the left, a man in an orange dhoti holds a brass lamp and a plate of flowers. To the right, a shaved-headed priest in orange holding a tray of offerings and fruit wears a beaded necklace. Behind them, white-clad devotees, several in white dhotis and shirts, stand with hands folded, a woman in a red sari among them, and a boy in a white shirt at the right edge. Large banyan roots frame the scene.2013-01-01January 01 20062006-01-01January 01 20062006-01-01August 01 20082008-08-01January 01 20062006-01-01Outdoor photo under a broad leafy tree where a man in an orange turban and orange robe, bare-chested with a saffron wrap over his shoulder, stands smiling and extends his hands toward a bent-over man in a white shirt and white dhoti who wears a multicoloured garland. Around them a crowd of devotees stands and watches, including a woman in a blue sari holding a brass plate of fruit, a woman in a green sari holding a plate of fruit, and a young man in a white shirt. Several onlookers wear white with name badges, and a dark snake-like form lies on the ground at the lower left. The scene appears to be a blessing or greeting during a procession-style gathering.2005-12-31A photograph of a bearded man standing barefoot on a stone-paved courtyard in front of a large banyan tree with exposed aerial roots. He wears a reddish-brown unstitched cloth wrap, a white tilak on his forehead, a brown rudraksha mala across his chest and a long garland of white jasmine and red roses with yellow marigold ends. His hands are pressed together in anjali mudra with eyes closed. A second man stands at left in a white dhoti with a gold border, holding a folded orange cloth and wearing a beaded necklace. Behind them hangs a colourful fringed canopy.2017-01-01January 01 20042004-01-01June 23 20142014-06-23 +3 copiesDecember 03 20162016-12-03
