Close-up photograph of the lower legs and bare feet of a large painted blue statue. Both ankles wear thick gold-coloured bands, and the toes are painted with dark outlines and white nail tips. Flaking paint and bare wood show on the figure and the platform, with a dark background and a small red wooden object at the left edge. No physical people are visible.2008-10-15September 30 20172017-09-30Outdoor temple scene with a large deity murti draped in a gold cloth and heavily garlanded with yellow, red and white flower strands. A standing man with long dark hair, wearing an orange-brown robe and a red and yellow flower garland, faces the murti with hands folded in devotion. Brass vessels and lamps sit on a red cloth at the base, and palm trees and additional flower-decorated murtis appear in the background. The man resembles the candidate described in the page, with long hair and a flower garland, but his appearance is not conclusive enough to confirm identity; he is described as a devotee.2016-10-03June 20 20152015-06-20A brightly painted wooden figure of a fierce attendant or guardian sits on a red-painted floor beneath a large red vehicle body with turquoise-painted legs. The figure has red skin, a black moustache, a pink-striped headdress with gold ornaments, a green sleeveless top, blue shorts, gold armbands and waist ornaments, and holds a rope in one hand. Surrounding turquoise supports and red carved legs suggest a ceremonial vahana or temple car under construction in a workshop.October 03 20162016-10-03Making Of Sacred Arts UniversityFebruary 23 20152015-02-23 +1 copiesAugust 25 20142014-08-25 +1 copiesAugust 27 20162016-08-27September 07 20142014-09-07A photograph of a golden metal deity murti in a temple setting, adorned with an orange and gold garment, a green and orange silk skirt, layered flower garlands in yellow, white, purple and red, and a crown with jewelled ornaments.
