A photograph of a street procession on a roadside lined with dirt and grass. Many women in white and cream saris and salwar kameez walk in a dense group, many holding orange-red flags with a blue emblem and some carrying white placards. Pedestrians walk along the far roadside, a yellow auto-rickshaw and motorcycles pass on the road, and a small tree stands in the foreground. A red rope line separates the marchers from the roadside. The scene reads as a pada yatra, a walking pilgrimage procession.
