A group of priests walks across a stone courtyard. A man in a red-orange turban and ornate gold-bordered red-orange dhoti, with a gold necklace and rudraksha-style beads, gestures with his right hand. Beside him, a bald man in red and gold dress wears garlands. In the centre, an older man wearing an orange shawl and saffron robe, with white horizontal tilak marks and a rudraksha mala, lifts his hands. Other attendants in white dhotis with red sashes and gold necklaces walk alongside, all barefoot.2015-09-16Night scene at an outdoor temple-like courtyard with string lights of red, green and white draped above. An elderly man in orange robes with a rudraksha mala and ceremonial gold necklace sits on a wooden bench, hands folded, with a younger man in red-and-gold dhoti beside him wearing a gold pendant and beaded mala. Around them stand several young priests and attendants in red, saffron and white dhotis with white forehead tilaks, many with garlands and hands in anjali. A seated man in orange shawl and white dhoti sits at right, and a shaved-headed man in orange cloth sits on the floor in front. The arrangement suggests a formal reception or darshan.2015-09-16 +1 copiesJuly 02 20152015-07-02A photograph inside a stone temple hall with carved pillars, where three men in saffron-orange robes stand near a yellow metal railing while onlookers watch. The central figure has a long grey beard, rudraksha mala beads and a wristwatch, and holds a small red item. Beside him on the left, a man in orange with glasses wears a gold pendant. On the right, a younger man in an orange robe with a gold necklace stands with hands folded in namaskar, with a red bindi and white tilak on his forehead. Behind them, men in white and checked shirts, a man bare-chested with a white dhoti, and a uniformed police officer are visible.2009-01-14September 16 20152015-09-16 +1 copiesPhoto 11726201 +2 copiesOctober 25 20152015-10-25
