A photograph of a long-haired man in an orange sleeveless garment seated on an ornate gold-and-red throne-style chair, smiling and holding an open booklet in both hands. Behind him stands a large red and black hanging banner with a sacred emblem. Two seated men in white shirts with rudraksha malas are visible at right, one wearing glasses, and a partially visible person is at the far right edge. Wooden chairs and a yellow curtain fill the room.2009-09-14A seated person in an orange sleeveless top with long, wavy black hair sits in profile on a red patterned seat beside an ornate gold throne, reading an open Tamil-script book held in both hands. The seated man wears a loose orange robe and a long necklace of dark rudraksha beads, with shoulder-length dark hair, and smiles while receiving a folded white paper from an older man in a white shirt and white trousers wearing a red-and-beige beaded mala, who bends forward and presses his hand toward the seated man. Behind them, other people in orange robes stand near a fan and a cream curtain, and a partial figure in a floral top appears at the left edge. Cues of orange robes, rudraksha mala and long hair suggest a person seated in a place of honour, but identity is uncertain.2009-09-14September 14 20092009-09-14 +1 copiesJuly 24 20102010-07-24September 14 20092009-09-14A photograph of a seated figure on a red cushioned throne with an ornate gold frame, wearing an orange saffron shawl and a long dark rudraksha mala with a gold necklace, long swept-back dark hair, smiling with eyes closed, one hand resting on a gold-coloured item.
