A photo of an annadan style meal service in a hall with orange curtains and ceiling fans. Volunteers in white clothes and aprons, some wearing gloves, serve food from steel pots and trays onto plates held by a line of people. On the left a man in an orange robe with a rudraksha mala stands near the serving counter. A bald man with a long beard in white clothes stands among the line, with a woman in a pink dupatta and a woman in white at the right. No clear, unambiguous evidence of a person's presence is visible; the orange-robed figure is not identifiable as him from appearance alone.

A photo of a communal meal service in a white-walled hall with an arched corrugated roof and red curtains. In the foreground a young man in a white t-shirt holds a steel plate of food, while women in white clothes serve from steel chafing trays of yellow rice and curries using ladles, some wearing clear plastic gloves. A woman in white with a beaded mala and a white dupatta and a woman with glasses and a red bindi serve at the counter. Behind them, a line of people in white and saffron-trimmed attire holds plates. The setting resembles an annadan or community kitchen service.

Beside him a young man in white with glasses and a white shoulder bag looks down at the food. A woman in a yellow and white wrap and clear gloves handles a steel container of white sweets, while another woman in an orange top and white clothes works at the counter behind. On the left, a man in white with a garland watches the line. Steel pots, trays and a table of packaged sweets in red boxes fill the scene, typical of an annadan meal service.

A photograph of a communal meal service in a bright hall with arched white ceiling and red-framed windows. A young woman in a white top with a dark beaded mala ladles curry from a steel pot, and beside her a smiling woman in white with yellow lanyard serves from another pot. A man in a white kurta with a mala and orange shawl holds a steel plate, and a small boy in red with a mala waits at the front. Several other attendees in white and yellow lanyards stand behind a long table with steel pots, plates of rice and vegetables, and steel bowls. A monastic in orange robes stands at the far left among seated diners.

A buffet line in an indoor hall with pink walls. A woman in a white dress with glasses serves food from a steel tray at a table draped in red cloth. Beside her a woman in an orange top with a dark beaded necklace uses tongs. A man in a white shirt with a red lanyard and a man in white with rudraksha beads take food, and a bald man in white with glasses holds a tray at right.
