Night ritual at a small open-air temple courtyard with whitewashed block walls and a corrugated roof. A bald priest in white dhoti and shirt holds a lit camphor flame aloft on a metal tray, facing a seated figure in an orange robe with a long rudraksha-style beaded necklace and long dark hair, who sits on a white cushioned seat draped with a patterned cloth. Another person in orange sits on the floor beside a brass lamp and metal ritual vessels, and a row of standing devotees in white clothes watches. Colourful woven banners hang at left and a red cloth drapes a carved stone pillar at right. Oil lamps and brass bowls sit on the mat in front of the seat, and young girls in white kneel at the left edge.

A photograph inside a plain concrete-block hall during an evening ritual. A shaved-headed man in white dhoti and orange shawl stands at left, gesturing with one hand toward a seated figure. Seated on a white-draped chair at right is a long-haired man in an orange robe with a rudraksha mala, legs bare and feet on a red mat, appearing to receive the ritual. On the floor before him sit a man in white with an orange shawl and a group of seated devotees; silver ritual vessels and small oil lamps rest on woven mats. Standing behind are men in white kurtas and dhotis, several wearing green-and-white garlands, and a woman in a green sari. A red cloth hangs at right beside a carved stone pillar. The seated figure with long hair, orange robe and rudraksha is a probable Swamiji candidate by appearance; identity remains uncertain.
