A seated figure in saffron-orange robes sits on an ornate gold throne with red cushions on a raised stage, backed by dark blue drapes and hanging saffron-and-patterned banners. A seated audience of many people in white and pastel clothing faces the stage from chairs and floor mats; a cameraman with a tripod films from the left side. A figure in orange robes sits on a large white throne-like chair on a raised platform, gesturing with one hand while speaking into a microphone. The seated figure has long dark hair and appears to be a probable Swamiji by appearance cues of long swept-back hair and saffron clothing, though the image is small and distant. Audience members in white clothes sit in rows of chairs in the foreground, many with hair tied back, some wearing beaded necklaces. Ceiling fans and a video camera on a tripod are visible at the sides.

Photograph from the back of an auditorium looking toward a stage. A figure in orange-red robes sits on an ornate gold and red throne at centre stage in front of a golden backdrop decorated with rows of orange marigold garlands. Audience members in dark red cushioned seats are seen from behind, their heads visible in the foreground. A small framed portrait hangs at the left edge of the stage area. The seated figure's identity is not established by visible cues beyond the throne and robes, so the candidate is unsure.
