A worker in a checked shirt, light cap and loose trousers stands on a grey tarpaulin, reaching up with a paint brush to whitewash a long breeze-block boundary wall. He holds a white bucket in his other hand. A blue paint bucket sits on the dirt track at right, beside green ground cover. Tall palm trees and a small sapling line the wall, and a partly visible billboard with a picture of a red-and-white figure stands behind the wall at right. No ritual, devotee or a person is visible in the scene.

A worker in a checked shirt, cap and paint-stained trousers plasters a long concrete block wall along a dirt road. Part of the wall is finished in grey render, and the remainder is bare grey and reddish block. A blue plastic tarpaulin lies on the ground at the base, with a blue bucket on the roadside. Palm trees and young saplings stand behind the wall, and a red-and-white sign is visible in the distance.

A worker in a blue, yellow and white checked shirt and light jeans crouches on concrete steps, painting the risers and treads red with a flat brush. Behind him stands a wooden double door with yellow-painted frame and a red-painted wall, and a large terracotta pot sits to the left beside a small table draped with a yellow floral cloth. The scene documents painting work at the Sripuram Sarvajnapeetam site in Hyderabad, with no a person candidate visible.

A dusty open yard beside a newly rendered grey breeze-block compound wall with a red-brown metal gate on the right. Two men stand at the wall applying plaster or paint: one in a white shirt and light trousers, the other in a light shirt with a red head cloth. Around them lie stacked red clay tiles, blue tarpaulin, sacks, a red metal frame, a green bucket, a plastic chair and a small white outbuilding with a red-framed window. A cream two-storey building with a black water tank stands at the right edge under a pale sky with a leafy tree behind the wall.

April 2008 - Making Of Kailaasa In Tiruvannamalai

A young man in a short-sleeved checked shirt and grey trousers stands on a blue-legged metal platform, plastering a rough stone block wall inside an unfinished building. The wall is partly rendered with pale grey plaster, with a small barred window opening on the left. Metal scaffolding pipes run across the top of the frame, and sacking or cloth covers the floor below. The space looks like an early-stage construction site with bare walls and exposed beams.

A photograph of a construction site with a set of freshly rendered concrete steps leading up to a building. Two workers are bent over at the lower left and right, one in a white shirt and grey trousers working with a tool on the wet mortar, the other in a light shirt and blue trousers at the far left applying material to the blocks. A red and white painted railing lines the right side, with tall trees and a white wall in the background. Bright, washed-out sunlight fills the scene. No a person candidate is visible.

A worker in a plaid shirt and light blue jeans stands with his back to the camera, reaching up with a paint roller or brush to paint a red wall pillar beside a wooden double door with a brass latch. The door is weathered and worn. Trees and a white overhang appear in the background, with a partly painted red wall at the left edge. No a person candidate is visible, and the scene shows routine painting maintenance.
