The wearer is not visible beyond the torso and shoulder, and the jewellery dominates the frame. Warm golden light highlights the metalwork.2019-12-24January 30 20202020-01-30Close crop of a seated figure's chest and upper body adorned with many layers of rudraksha malas strung with ornate gold beads and pendants. A large gold medallion with a deity relief hangs on a white beaded necklace at the top, with a gold temple-style pendant, a gold kalasha-shaped pendant and a large gold plaque showing a crowded panoramic relief of figures at the bottom. Red and green stones and pearls are set into the gold. Gold bangles and rudraksha bracelets are on the wrists, and a maroon cloth lies over the lap. Only the torso and hands are visible, so no face is shown.2019-12-29April 25 20202020-04-25 +1 copies
