A seated man in an orange-red saffron-toned robe speaks into a headset microphone on an ornate golden throne with a carved golden lion armrest and red velvet cushions. He has long dark swept-back hair, a red bindi on his forehead, a long rudraksha mala necklace and rudraksha bracelets on his upper arms, and holds a white cloth-wrapped staff. Behind him a golden-yellow and red decorative pillar is visible. This matches the page's appearance-based label of Swamiji (probable), based on the long hair, saffron clothing, rudraksha malas and throne cues.
