A central figure with long dark hair, a red bindi and a purple-and-white orchid garland stands smiling in a saffron-orange robe with a gold pendant necklace and a rudraksha mala. Two men in orange robes flank him, each holding a tall gold-tipped ceremonial staff that supports a red canopy umbrella with tasselled fringe. A man on the left wears an orange robe with a rudraksha mala and holds a staff. Behind them, white-clad attendants and onlookers stand, including a young boy with hands pressed together. At lower left, a woman in white holds a basket of marigold and rose petals. At right, a fire burns in a metal bowl held by a hand.
